I've had a great deal of success since moving from a custom e-commerce solution to X-Cart. I get more completions on orders, less phone calls asking how to use the site, and I have higher search results on all of the search sites.

Started out with a product called "Storefront" in 2002. It was a total disaster. I abandoned it for X-Cart in 2003 and have been running an X-Cart store ever since. It's been a great, full-featured program.

Great base to build an online store. X-Cart's customization flexibility is it's biggest asset

We have been using X-Cart for nearly 4 years and have been VERY happy with the flexibility, stability and expandability. We have numerous modifications and upgrades to suit our needs and have yet to experience any issues with the software or its capabilities. After processing nearly 45,000 orders we feel it is a great product and we'll continue to use it

I am very happy with the service so far. All queries have been responded to in a reasonable time. Server up time has been excellent and the one time there was a problem with an upgrade you applied it was fixed quickly.

I have used several different 'free' shopping carts over the years but the time spent working on the hacks made them less than free. With X-Cart I have not experienced any of this, and appreciate the prompt service and help in the forums.
